📌 First: Exchange Conditions

You can exchange your item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged.

- Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or any damage will not be accepted.

- Exchange is available in the following cases:

• Wrong size
• Wrong color
• Manufacturing defect

- Shipping fees are paid by the customer for any exchange not related to a manufacturing defect.

📌 Second: Return Conditions

- You can return the item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

- Refunds include the price of the item after deducing the shipping fees from the product’s price.

- In case of a manufacturing defect, a full refund will be issued including shipping fees.

📌 Important Notes

- Items on Final Sale / Heavy Discount cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- Proof of purchase or order number is required.

- Refund processing time may take 5 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method.
